The White Cedar Room to Open

The Chicago Title VII American Indian Education Program is proud to announce, through a great partnership with the Kateri Center of Chicago, the opening of the White Cedar Room, Multicultural Resource Library and Media Center for Title VII families and students as well as the Native community and general public.

More announcements on the Opening Ceremony as well as new media events, screenings and presentations, and student arts programming will be coming very soon.

 

The Chi-noodim Community Writing Project

You are invited to participate in...

Join us for this unique community opportunity!

Now taking place Fridays at 11:00 a.m. at the Kateri Center of Chicago, 3938 North Leavitt. Next session is Friday, December 2nd! Do not worry about missing the prior sessions, just be prepared to show up, have a snack and write and share. Writing materials provided!

No writing experience is necessary.
No level of formal education is required.
Just bring your stories and your creativity!
